- Fill in information related to your symptoms: difficulty to breathe, number of times you have used you bronchodilator, whether or not youve had night awakenings or you havent been able to perform your usual physical activity.

- Enter your expiratory peak flow.

- Indicate if you have taken your prescribed medication.

As a result, you will obtain a summary of your daily control with a register to help you better control your asthma.
